Kyle Bolton, PA Dutch Classic Owner

Our family consists my wife Laura, and our sons Braden and Bryce and me. We live in the middle of 16 acres outside Red Lion Pennsylvania. Along with the birds we show and raise champion English Mastiffs, you can visit that website by clicking here.

Background
I have been racing pigeons since I was 14 years old and have entered one-loft races since I was 18. We have lived in this area for a number of years and at our present location for over 2 years. I have one 5th average speed last year and 3rd this year against 85 lofts. This past year I served as president of the Red Lion pigeon club.

About the PA Dutch Classic
My goal is to have the PA Dutch Classis be a fair, honest, and quite possibly the best race you can enter your birds. Your birds will be well cared for, trained, and conditioned as if they were my own. The real quality of birds will show. I will make every effort to provide updates frequently since I know owners want to be informed. I know you can't please everyone but I will definitely try. Suggestions from owners will always be accepted. All birds will have covers on the bands so the bird’s identity will remain a secret. Once training has begun, no one except myself will enter the loft. All training tosses will be video taped to prove we go the distance and all birds are released together. You can follow the training truck to all flights and races if you so choose. In no way will any birds bred by myself be entered in a race. An m1 electronic clock will be used in all races. After the races, all birds not auctioned or bought back will be donated to the junior programs, since we all need the sport to grow. So send your birds in and we will prove what we can do.

Our Loft
I have committed a lot of time and money to the loft. The loft is 4 feet off the ground, and is 16' by 32' and a 10-12 foot ceiling which gives over 11 cu foot per bird at 500 birds.   It has special flooring, and skylights as you can see from the photos. All this will provide a healthy, sound environment, for your athletes to show their stuff. We also have committed to advertising a full page in the digest at least 1 time a month, year round. How many races do that?
